GUIDELINES REGARDING RENUNCIATION OF GHANAIAN CITIZENSHIP

1.  Purchase Renunciation Form 13 from Embassy of Ghana, Copenhagen

2.  Complete and attach following documents to Form 13 before submission to the Mission for onward transmission to the Hon. Minister for the Interior, Accra:

1. Curriculum Vitae

2. Evidence of not being indebted to the Ghana Government if applicant travelled for further studies abroad under Ghana Government Scholarship

3. Assurance letter from the country that the applicant intends to acquire that country’s nationality

4. Two (2) passport-size recent photographs

5. Photocopy of receipt of payment for Form 13.

The cost of Form 13 is DKK 1,000.00.

NB

The Certificate would be signed by the Hon. Minister for the Interior and it would be released to the applicant upon release of his/her Ghana passport to the Mission.
